Had a great time. The teens LOVED it and are ready for more extreme water rafting. We loved our guide Aaron, very full of information and to hear all that he has done is amazing. Aaron made the trip so much better and the water surfing was so fun and we needed to cool off so that helped. Food was good and the other guides were so helpful, we had so much food we didn’t go away hungry. Loved seeing places that we normally wouldn’t see, AZ is so beautiful, that’s why we live here. Thank you for giving us a great first experience at whitewater rafting….we are hooked.

You don’t need to travel far or take a week off to have a white-water experience. Just north of Globe, you can spend a spring day running the rapids through the Salt River Canyon. When we were on the river, there were families and kids of all ages. Our guides gave us excellent instruction and encouragement. Just before the final rapids, we stopped for a riverside cookout. Prime season is March through May. Trips start at about $140 for one day.
